”Search for balance and harmony between form, color, line, and material”
Graduated in Art History from the Autonomous University of Madrid, her academic background provides a solid and rigorous foundation for her approach to contemporary creation. She began her artistic career in 2004, initially working in small-format oil painting. Over time, her practice evolved toward the use of acrylics and an expansion of both supports and materials. Her work incorporates elements such as sand, burlap, wood, raffia, or cardboard, integrated into compositions dominated by a natural and understated palette that reinforces the organic dimension of her research. Abstraction is the core of her visual language. Arsuaga structures her works through the balanced combination of form, texture, and color, seeking a harmonious and coherent visual whole. Her focus lies in creating pieces that evoke nature and its essential structures.
